The Men’s Volleyball Club Team put the FUN back in FUNdraising by hosting a Co-Ed 2 on 2 Sand Volleyball tournament. A little sweat and a little competition drew in over 45 teams of two to help raise around $450 to help support both Men’s and Women’s Club Volleyball Teams.
Volleyball For Charity (VFC) is a non-profit group that organizes an annual Co-Ed Volleyball Tournament and After Party to raise money for further donation to charity. VFC is registered with the Illinois Attorney General as a non-profit organization. The Illinois Department of Revenue recognizes VFC as a tax-exempt charitable, non-profit organization since 1991.
The Stetson Volleyball Club has just over a month left to raise $5,000, but they’ve already been immensely successful and have raised nearly $4,000 from 38 donors! Because the club is student-run and doesn’t receive enough funding from their university, they must use crowdfunding to raise money to participate in tournaments and competitions.
